Job Description

Job Title: CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant)

Duration: 13 Weeks contract

Location: Fulton, MO

Shift:- Days and Night

REQUIREMENT: MO CNA license, BLS

Job Duties:

Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
Monitor residents' health and report any changes to nursing staff.
Support residents' independence and well-being through engaging activities and personalized care plans.
Maintain a clean and organized environment in residents' living areas.
Follow all protocols and procedures to ensure residents' safety and comfort.
Document care provided accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR) systems.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including nurses, therapists, and social workers.

Requirements:

Valid Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Missouri.
Previous experience in a similar role preferred, but new graduates are welcome to apply.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently as needed.
Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Flexibility to work morning, evening, and night shifts as assigned.
