RIGHTSTONE IS HIRING! We are seeking a dependable and safety-conscious General Laborer to join our team in Portland, OR with $21/hr pay for a 3 month contract (temp only) . This position is hands-on and involves operating machinery, loading/unloading materials, and maintaining a safe, clean work environment. The ideal candidate is a quick learner, able to follow instructions, and committed to quality and safety standards. APPLY NOW!

 Schedule:  Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 4:30 PM (OT Possible)

What You’ll Do

• Operate assigned machinery, equipment, or material handling tools in a safe and productive manner according to company procedures and supervisor instructions.
• Perform equipment operations to produce units and/or transport materials as assigned.
• Follow all safety policies, including the use of required PPE, ensuring safety guards are in place, and promoting safe work practices.
• Load and unload raw materials or finished products as needed.
• Conduct visual inspections of products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area, including general housekeeping duties.
• Adhere to all workplace rules, regulations, and operational procedures.
• Perform additional tasks or operations as directed by the supervisor.

What We’re Looking For:

• Steel toe shoes required.
• Ability to operate machinery and/or material handling equipment (training provided if needed).
• Commitment to workplace safety and proper use of PPE.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks and work on your feet for extended periods.
• Good attention to detail for quality inspections.
• Strong work ethic and ability to follow instructions.
• Ability to lift and move materials as required by the role.
