- Brand Marketing Manager
- The Brand Marketing Manager is responsible for leading integrated marketing plans across the CMO and Client Business Group (the Business Unit).
- The role will lead the design of the marketing strategies and channel plans relative to Client Business brand activations, campaigns, and sponsorships.
- The role will owns kickoff briefings, regular status meetings to ensures ontime and flawless execution, plus internal communication of campaign progress to key stakeholders.
- This role will have a specific focus on elevating the Client Business brand both externally to our customer base and internally to enhance the employee experience and inoffice culture.
The Brand Marketing Team is responsible for:- Owning the brand strategic brief authoring and kicking off projects internally with channel leads and CMO leads
- Strategic planning of brand level marketing campaigns, sponsorship activations and internal special projects
- Being a single point of contact (POC) of project status and dependencies for the Business Unit (BU) segment marketing and product teams and CMO partners
- Ensuring messaging prioritization for Client Business across Business Marketing, Global Enterprise and Public Sector customer segments
- Ensuring alignment to brand strategy and brand guidelines
Core Responsibilities:- Uncover opportunities to merchandise the Client Business brand externally (sponsorships, activations, campaigns, etc…)
- Uncover opportunities to merchandise the Client Business Brand internally (employee engagement, inoffice branding, merch, etc…)
- Partner with internal teams (Partnership leads, local field marketing teams, creative, media, go to market, PR, events, legal, CSR, CX) as brand strategy and brand messaging lead
- Project management lead to ensure on pace progress and escalation of any project risks
- Develop plans and materials to socialize and showcase campaign work internally for Client employees to help celebrate wins and successful program launches
Candidate will need to have:- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or four or more years of work experience
- Strong project management skills, proactive problemsolving and project leadership skills
- Highly effective communication and presentation skills
- Ability to build effective presentations and comfortability presenting to peers and leadership-using Google suite (Google Slides, Gmail, Google Sheets, etc)
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities to meet deadlines in a dynamic environment
- Translated market knowledge and strategy into compelling stories and tools for the sales team
- Must be a team player and able to work well independently and partner with large and varied teams
Even better if candidates have:- Agency or consultant experience
- B2B Marketing experience
- Sponsorship activation or experiential experience
- Digital and lead generation experience and an understanding of trends and key business drivers
- Experience using Workfront Project Management System
Note: Pay Range: $52hr - $55hr on w2
The specific compensation for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role as well as the cost of labor in the market; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment.
