Neuhaus Foot & Ankle is looking for a Revenue Cycle Manager who’s as comfortable rolling up their sleeves as they are reporting to executive leadership. You’ll lead a 10-person billing team, own KPIs, and partner with physicians and managers to strengthen our front-end processes and maximize revenue capture. If you’re a change agent who thrives on accountability, collaboration, and results, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead and motivate a 10-person billing team to hit performance targets.
  • Monitor and present key KPIs (AR days, clean claims, denial rates, collections) to leadership.
  • Partner with Area Managers, Practice Managers, and Physicians to improve front-end workflows.
  • Drive accountability and process improvements across the revenue cycle.
  • Jump in hands-on when needed to keep operations moving.

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years in medical billing/revenue cycle, with 2+ years leading a team.
  • Track record of reducing denials and improving collections.
  • Strong communicator who can collaborate across billing, operations, and clinical teams.
  • eClinicalWorks experience a plus (or other EHR/PM experience a must).
  • A leader who balances big-picture strategy with day-to-day execution .
